WQB Mold Removal partners with an independent accredited lab so Welcome families get real answers instead of a guess about their symptoms.
Every result comes with a plain-language walkthrough, not just a page of numbers to interpret alone.
Four reasons Welcome property owners trust us with this specific job.
This separation matters most when the results might factor into a bigger decision. You can verify the lab's accreditation directly if that matters to your situation. Sample chain-of-custody is documented from collection through lab delivery.
Dust-based ERMI analysis gives a broader, longer-term picture using DNA methods. We'll recommend the method that actually fits what you're trying to find out. We can rush results for Welcome families working against a deadline.
Standard results typically return within a few business days of collection. We'll flag realistic timing during booking so there's no surprise wait. Sample chain-of-custody is documented from collection through lab delivery.
Reports include actual spore counts and species data, not a vague pass or fail. We're glad to explain the numbers directly with you over the phone. We can rush results for Welcome families working against a deadline.
Every Welcome job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
This comparison is what a lab uses to determine whether indoor levels are genuinely elevated.
Environmental Relative Moldiness Index testing analyzes settled dust using DNA methods for a property-wide picture.
Some Welcome families specifically want the rooms where kids spend the most time tested first.
A direct swab from a visible spot identifies exactly what species is present at that location.
This comparison is often what finally answers whether symptoms were actually mold-related.
If results come back elevated, we'll explain what that does and doesn't mean before you make any decisions.
We keep this transparent enough to explain fully before you book.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get a Mold Testing specialist on the calendar for your Welcome property, often same-day. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Response time in Welcome is typically same-day, faster for active emergencies. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
We inspect, test where needed, and give you a flat-rate quote before any work begins. We'll explain the quote in plain language, not just hand you a number.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.

The questions we hear most when health is the concern.
It can't diagnose a medical condition — that conversation belongs with a physician, but the data helps inform it.
We typically recommend starting with bedrooms or wherever symptoms seem to concentrate, plus any room with visible moisture history.
Rush options exist if you're working against a medical appointment or urgent decision.
Recent deep cleaning can temporarily lower readings, so we'll advise on timing for the most accurate Welcome baseline.
Some Welcome families choose remediation, others just want documentation for their own records or a physician conversation.
